A photographer from legendary auction house Sotheby's recently visited Springfield to help Isringhausen Porsche take photos of a stunning 2008 911 GT3 RS for an upcoming online auction. The vehicle listing will be part of a brand-new endeavor between Sotheby’s and Motorsport Network called Sotheby’s Motorsport, dedicated to high-end automobiles.
Sotheby’s Motorport will feature sport, exotic and luxury vehicles, priced between $100,000 and approximately $1 million, with an emphasis on enhanced protection for both buyers and sellers. Vehicles will be evaluated by third-party inspectors, and buyers must verify their financial status prior to bidding. Sotheby’s Motorsport also handles and transfers all funds and ownership documents, a unique feature within the world of online auto auctions.
